These Terms & Conditions apply to participants in the InWorld School LLC Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement with InWorld School LLC.

1.1 In these Terms & Conditions:
- “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”: InWorld School LLC, 719 High St, Portsmouth, VA 23704, USA.

“Affiliate,” “you,” “your”: The individual or organization participating in the Program.

“Agreement”: The binding agreement created by your acceptance of these Terms.

“Business Day”: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

“Commission Rate”: 20% on direct referral sales.

“Commencement Date”: The date your affiliate account is approved.

“Cookie Duration”: 60 days from the user’s first click.
-
“Minimum Payout Threshold”: $100 in confirmed commissions.
-
“Holding Period Before Payout”: 30 days after a sale to account for potential refunds.

“Payout Method”: PayPal and Venmo.

“Registered Email Address”: The email used to sign up for the Program.

“Service Package”: Any course, subscription, or bundle sold on inworldschool.com.

“Tracking Link”: The unique URL used to credit affiliate referrals.
- 2.1 You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

2.2 Program participation begins upon our approval of your application.

2.3 We may review your website and marketing practices before or after approval.

2.4 We reserve the right to reject any application, especially if your site promotes illegal, violent, or inappropriate content or violates intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and InWorld School LLC.
- 4.1 You will receive HTML code and branded assets to use for promotion.

4.2 You may not alter or misrepresent these materials.

4.3 All affiliate content must be reviewed upon our request.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining accurate links on your website or platform.

5.1 You are responsible for your own content and website.

5.2 You may not promote our brand on sites containing:

5.2.1 is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise objectionable;

5.2.2 Intellectual property violations

5.2.3 Spam or deceptive practices

5.3 If we notify you of a violation, you must remove the offending content within 5 business days.

6.1.1 Provide accurate contact and payment information

6.1.2 Not refer yourself or entities you own

6.1.3 Promote ethically and in good faith

6.1.4 Avoid spam, blackhat SEO, or misleading promotions

6.1.5 Not offer unapproved incentives, discounts, or coupons
-
6.1.6 Comply with all applicable laws

6.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account if these responsibilities are not upheld.
You may earn commission on eligible courses, bundles, and subscriptions sold via inworldschool.com. A full list of products is viewable in your Affiliate Dashboard.
Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies, which are valid for 60 days. If a customer purchases within this period, the commission will be credited to your account.
We are solely responsible for processing orders, payments, and customer support. You may not intervene in the transaction or support process after a referral.

10.1 You will have access to an Affiliate Dashboard that displays:

10.1.3 Earnings generated

10.2 We reserve the right to update the layout and functionality of the dashboard at any time.
- 11.1 Commission Rate: 20% on net revenue from direct referrals.

11.2 Cookie Duration: 60 days.

11.3 Payout Delay: Commission is held for 30 days post-sale to ensure the refund period has passed.

11.4 Minimum Payout: $100 in confirmed commissions.

11.5 Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on the 20th of each month.

11.6 Payout Method: PayPal and Venmo.

11.7 Refunds: If a referred sale is refunded, the related commission may be deducted from your account or future payments.

11.8 Tax Reporting: Affiliates earning more than $600/year are required to submit appropriate tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-9). You are responsible for your own tax filings.
- 12.1 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use InWorld School LLC trademarks and logos for promotional purposes.

12.2 All use must comply with our brand guidelines.

12.3 You may not register domain names, brands, or social handles containing “InWorld School” or confusingly similar terms without written permission.
All content and intellectual property on our website, including future updates, remains the sole property of InWorld School LLC.

14.1.1 Your marketing is legal and ethical

14.1.3 You have authority to enter this Agreement

14.2 You agree to indemnify InWorld School LLC against any legal claims, damages, or expenses caused by your breach of this Agreement.

15.1 We do not guarantee:

15.1.1 Specific sales volumes or earnings
- 15.1.2 Uptime or availability of the website
- 15.1.3 Compatibility with all platforms

15.2 Participation in the program is at your own risk.
InWorld School LLC’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to $1. This limitation does not apply to death, injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
- 17.1 This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues for 12 months. It automatically renews annually unless terminated.

17.2 Either party may terminate with 10 business days’ notice.

17.3 Upon termination, all affiliate links must be removed and all licenses revoked.

17.4 Commissions may be forfeited if your account is terminated for breach of these terms.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business and user information during and after the term of this Agreement.
Neither party will be held liable for events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war, system outages).
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder shall still apply.
All notices must be sent via email to the Affiliate’s Registered Email Address or to info@inworldschool.com.
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and InWorld School LLC and supersedes any prior agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing.

23.1 No Waiver: Failure to enforce a clause does not waive the right to enforce it later.
- 23.2 Non-Exclusivity: You are free to promote other programs.

23.3 Non-Assignment: You may not transfer your participation without written permission.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and all disputes will be handled by courts located in Virginia, United States.
